The Link looks awesome!

I often wish I were younger than I am, but rarely so much as this weekend when I looked around The Link. I went along with my boyfriend and we were greeted to be given a tour by Mark Blundell, the man in charge. It was a fascinating look at a really exciting looking space and I took a lot of pictures. This is just a quick “coming soon” message to act as a placeholder while I write up and add the pictures I took to the blog, but as a regular sceptic, I was definitely won over by the drive and innovation of the people putting the centre together. Watch this space!

  1. We are glad you enjoyed The Link – we keep saying to people, you have to see it to believe it! Of course the building is only one element, what we offer within it; activities, opportunities and spaces for hire, is something else.

We look forward to seeing your photos and reading your readers feedback.

Meanwhile, anyone who is reading this that would like to pop down to The Link Thamesmead and take a look around, are more than welcome. We are based in the arches under the elevated roundabout in Harrow Manor Way. The address is Belvedere Road, Thamesmead, SE2 9BS.

We look forward to welcoming you all soon.

Yep the link looks very impressive. Although I think someone needs to audit the costs of running the place.
The hygiene standards in the cafe are totally disgusting! Did you know they used a broken dishwasher for over three months that just regurgitated the dirty water trapped in it!

The repeated poor security, break-ins and purchasing of replacement laptops (Twice!!!) After they were all stolen.

Oh and the joints littering the entrance , I think says it all!
